Select History from the side menu
In the title bar, click the expander arrow button to expand filter options

1️⃣ [optional] Filter Audit History by Area
2️⃣ Click the Open item icon

How an item is opened depends on its Area: for example, Components open in the Component Editor; Pages open in the Page Editor
It is not always possible to open an item – for example, if it has been deleted
Opening an Audit History Item will take you out of Audit History – but selecting History again from the side menu will take you back to where you left off
