Setup

Select Pages from the side menu

Select a Task

Select a Page

Select the Content tab

In the title bar, click the expander arrow button to expand filter options

Select a Locale and Variant

Select a Component with Rich Text from the list on the right-hand side

📘 Steps

General

1️⃣ [Optional] To undo the previous action, click the Undo button

2️⃣ [Optional] Click a feature button again to toggle off applied formatting

3️⃣ [Optional] Click Code View to inspect the rich text as HTML

Format text

1️⃣ Select the text to be formatted

2️⃣ Click the appropriate feature button in the toolbar, one of the following:

  • Bold

  • Italic

  • Underline

  • Subscript

  • Superscript

  • Paragraph Format (paragraph or heading format)

Create a list

1️⃣ Select the text to create a list from

2️⃣ Click Unordered List or Ordered List

3️⃣ [Optional] To change the list style, click the dropdown at the right-hand side of the list button
