Select Components from the side menu
In the title bar, click the expander arrow button to expand filter options
📘 Steps
1️⃣ Enter a name for the Component Template
2️⃣ [optional] Enter a description for the Component Template
3️⃣ Click the Template toggle
4️⃣ Click Add

Adding a Component Template is exactly the same as adding a Component, except that the template toggle is selected in the Add new component dialogue
Additionally, the user journeys for editing and deleting Component Templates are identical to those of Components
The only user journey unique to Component Templates is adding a Template Slot
