📋 Setup

Select a Task

Click Settings in the side menu

Select Data feed definitions from the Settings sub-menu

In the title bar, click the expander arrow button to expand filter options

📘 Steps

1️⃣ Click the Add new definition button

2️⃣ Enter a name for the Data Feed Definition

3️⃣ [optional] Enter a description for the Data Feed Definition

📚 Additional Steps

At least one field Displayable field must be added to the Data Feed Definition

3.3 Adding a Data Feed Definition Field

📘 Steps

1️⃣ [optional] Click the pencil icon on the Data Feed Definition to add fields to, if it already exists; if adding a field immediately after creating a definition, skip this step

2️⃣ Click the Add field button

3️⃣ Enter a name for the field

4️⃣ [optional] Enter a description for the field

5️⃣ Select a field type

6️⃣ Click Add

7️⃣ [optional] Edit the field as desired

8️⃣ Click Save

At least one field must be added

At least one field must have the Displayable option checked

The first Displayable field is used to name Data Feed Items created from this definition

Only text and rich text field types can be marked as displayable
