📋 Setup

Select a Task

Click Settings in the side menu

Select Data feed definitions from the Settings sub-menu

In the title bar, click the expander arrow button to expand filter options

📘 Steps

1️⃣ Click the pencil icon on the Data Feed Definition to edit fields in

2️⃣ Click the pencil icon on the field to be edited

3️⃣ Select whether the field is Displayable, Required, Filterable, Searchable, or Sortable

4️⃣ The Name, Description, and Type that were set when adding the field can also be edited

5️⃣ Click Save

Complex fields can be expanded or minimised by clicking the arrow to the left of the field name

The default value of a field can only be modified while editing a field and not in the Add field dialogue

Setting a default value for a field will update all existing Data Feed Items where that field is empty, but will not update existing default values

The Displayable, Required, Filterable, Searchable, and Sortable properties can only be modified while editing a field and not in the Add field dialogue
