Users must be granted the User manager
permission by an administrator to modify users

Click Admin
in the side menu
Select Users
from the Admin
sub-menu
In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden
📘 Steps
1️⃣ Click the Add new user
button
2️⃣ Type a username or select from the dropdown
3️⃣ Click Save

Adding a user grants them permission to access the Project
The list of available users is populated using Azure Active Directory

This feature is not Task-protected – changes, including deletions, are effective immediately and are not reversible
