Adding a Workflow
Users must be granted the Workflow manager
permission by an administrator to modify Workflows

📋 Setup
Click Settings
in the side menu
Select Workflows
from the Settings
sub-menu
In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden
📘 Steps
1️⃣ Click the Add new workflow
button
2️⃣ Enter a name for the Workflow
3️⃣ Click Save

A Workflow must be added before Tasks can be completed
Adding a new Workflow will add a new approval process for all Tasks in Task Review
Workflows that have been added without any Workflow Stages are visible in Task Reviews but require no approvals – they are automatically approved
Warnings
This feature is not Task-protected – changes, including deletions, are effective immediately and are not reversible
Adding a Workflow without Workflow Stages allows Tasks to be completed without approval
