User Journey – Browsing the Routing Manager
📋 Setup
Select a Task
Click Settings
in the side menu
Select Routing manager
from the Settings
sub-menu
In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden
📘 Steps
1️⃣ Scroll and use pagination to view all routes
2️⃣ Use the Search
field to filter the list of routes
3️⃣ On the Pages
tab, click the open icon on a route to open the associated Page settings – where the Page routing can be modified
4️⃣ On the Media items
tab, click the open icon on a route to open the associated Media Item details – where the Media Item routing can be modified
5️⃣ Select External redirect
to view routes that navigate to external URLs
6️⃣ Select Consumer routes
to view Consumer App-specific routes that navigate to external URLs
7️⃣ Click the expander arrow on External redirect
and Consumer routes

Pages and Media Items can only have their routes managed from the Page Editor and Media Library respectively; correspondingly, the Add new route
button is disabled when those tabs are selected
