Select Pages
from the side menu
Select a Task
Select a Page
Select the Content
tab
In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden
Select a Locale and Variant
Select a Component with Rich Text from the list on the right-hand side
📘 Steps
Add blockquotes
1️⃣ Select the text to be quoted
2️⃣ Click the Quote
button in the toolbar
3️⃣ [Optional] To change quote indentation level, select Increase
or Decrease
as appropriate
Add horizontal rules
1️⃣ Click the Insert Horizontal Line
button
Insert links
1️⃣ Click the Insert Link
button in the toolbar
2️⃣ Fill out the information for the link:
URL
: link destinationText
: link display textTitle
: link hover tooltipCustom classes
: link style classesARIA label
: link ARIA label
3️⃣ [Optional] Select Open in new tab
4️⃣ Click Insert
5️⃣ [Optional] To access the link’s editing menu, click on the link
Insert images
1️⃣ Click the Insert Image
button in the toolbar
2️⃣ Insert the URL of the image
3️⃣ Click Insert
4️⃣ [Optional] To access the image’s editing menu, click on the image
Insert videos
1️⃣ Click the Insert Video
button in the toolbar
2️⃣ Insert the URL of the video
3️⃣ [Optional] For the video to play automatically, select Autoplay
4️⃣ Click Insert
5️⃣ [Optional] To access the video’s editing menu, click on the video

If you cannot see the feature buttons in the above steps, then your administrator needs to enable and configure additional features
