Critical Incidents
The critical severity is reserved for the most serious issues that can be found with the system. As the table above describes:
The defect is critical and has stopped the entire system, corrupted files, or has taken out over 50% of the applications operational capacity.
Within the context of Forrit CMS, this could mean a number of things:
Consumer apps (the endpoint websites used by customers) are completely down
Large amounts of content have disappeared from the consumer apps
Releases do not work, meaning the customer cannot deploy changes
CMS application is down, or inaccessible
If you are unsure but have a time-critical incident to resolve please let us know so we can assess this correctly before standing up a crisis team.
Once the incident has been sent, we will stay in touch with you throughout the process until it’s resolved.
