Workflows

Overview

The workflow feature helps you set up a series of approval policies that are required before a task is permitted to be completed. Workflows are used for creating a multi-stage review process, for avoiding errors or poor-quality content going out to live sites and should be consistent with your own local working practises.

Once a workflow is set up, each approver will be required to verify they have reviewed the changes during the task approval process.

It is not mandatory to use the Workflow features in Forrit One. Your company policy should determine this. However, we recommend using this feature where sensitive, legal, or regulated content is being created.
