Setup Workflows

To set up a workflow requires Workflow Manager permissions. Please see Roles for more information.
Set up a workflow
Navigate to the Workflow screen from the Settings menu.
Click Add new workflow.
Enter a name for the workflow, then press Save.
Click the Add new workflow stage button.
Enter a name for the stage and set the number of approvals required. Press Add.
Add as many workflow stages as needed, then click Save.
The new workflow should be visible in the table in the grid with all the other policies. All workflows are automatically active within the project and will be immediately available for use in tasks.
