4.0 Excerpts: User Journey Setups

📋 Setup

Select Translation Job from the side menu

In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden

📘 Steps

1️⃣ Click the tick icon on the Translation Job

2️⃣ Click Confirm – the job status changes to Ready

:note: Notes

Only one Translation Job can be active at a time per Task.

The Translation Job can also be set to Ready by clicking the Ready for translation button when looking at the details of the job

Changes in the Content Items will be reflected in the Translation Job until it is moved into the Ready state – then the job becomes locked and cannot be edited

When the Content Items have been translated, they are imported into the destination Locales – the selected To Locales for the job – and the status of the Translation Job changes to Translated
