4.0 Deleting a Role

Users must be granted the Role manager permission by an administrator to modify roles

Click Admin in the side menu

Select Roles from the Admin sub-menu

In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden

1️⃣ Click the expander arrow on the role to be deleted

2️⃣ Click the bin icon

3️⃣ Click Yes

The Administrator role exists with all permissions by default and cannot be deleted

This feature is not Task-protected – changes, including deletions, are effective immediately and are not reversible

Deleting a role can cause users to lose permission to use Forrit One features

Deleted roles are not recoverable
