5.0 Adding a Media Item

Select a Task

Click Library in the side menu

Select Media from the Library sub-menu

In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden

1️⃣ Click the Add new media button

2️⃣ Click the Select Files button

3️⃣ Select the file to be uploaded

Click the Remove duplicates duplicate

Click the Upload button

The Media Library is a central storage repository for files, particularly image and video files

Multiple files may be selected and uploaded at the same time – up to 100 concurrently

Files can also be uploaded by dragging the file and dropping it into the area around the Select Files button demarcated with a dashed line border

The Remove duplicates button can be used to remove duplicate files from the Media Library

Meaningful filenames can improve SEO and organisation
