Adding a Role

Users must be granted the Role manager permission by an administrator to modify roles

📋 Setup

Click Admin in the side menu

Select Roles from the Admin sub-menu

In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden

📘 Steps

1️⃣ Click the Add new role button

2️⃣ Enter a name

3️⃣ [optional] Enter a description

4️⃣ [optional] Hover over a role to view its description

5️⃣ Select permissions for the role using the checkboxes

6️⃣ Click Save

A role is a set of permissions for Forrit One features

Roles can be assigned to users to grant them permission to specific features

This feature is not Task-protected – changes, including deletions, are effective immediately and are not reversible
