5.0 Deleting Workflow Stages

Users must be granted the Workflow manager permission by an administrator to modify Workflows

Click Settings in the side menu

Select Workflows from the Settings sub-menu

In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden

1️⃣ Click the ∨ expander arrow of the Workflow to delete stages from

2️⃣ Click the bin icon of the Workflow Stages to be deleted

3️⃣ [optional] Click the undo arrow to undo changes

4️⃣ Click the floppy disk icon to save

This feature is not Task-protected – changes, including deletions, are effective immediately and are not reversible

Deleting all of a Workflow’s stages allows Tasks to be completed without approval
