1️⃣ Click the search icon

2️⃣ Enter a search term

3️⃣ Select a result to open it

Search results are grouped by:

1. Results found in the current Task

2. Results found in other Tasks

3. Results found in Approved Content

The search feature looks for matching text in the following:

1. Components

2. Content Items

3. Content Types

4. Content Entries

5. Media Items

6. Pages

7. Roles

8. Variants

9. Workflows

10. Picklists

Selecting a search result found in another Task will open it in that Task
