📋 Setup

Select a Task

Select Pages from the side menu

Select a Page

Select the Content tab

In the title bar, click the expander arrow button to expand filter options

Getting Started

1️⃣ Select a Locale and Variant

2️⃣ Click on a Component in the list to edit its Content Items

3️⃣ Click the pencil icon on the Collection to be edited

Adding Items

1️⃣ Click the + New button to add a new Collection Item

2️⃣ Fill out the Collection Item’s fields as appropriate – see 3.3 Editing Content Items

3️⃣ Click the expander arrow to expand or collapse a Collection Item

Hiding Items

1️⃣ Click the Hide toggle to prevent a Collection Item from displaying on the Page

Deleting Items

1️⃣ Click the bin icon to delete a Collection Item

2️⃣ Click Yes to confirm

Reordering Items

1️⃣ Click and drag the handle on the left-hand side of a Collection Item to reorder it

Finishing up

1️⃣ Click the Save page button to save changes

It is not recommended to use Collections for table content; instead, consider using the Rich Text Editor – additionally, you can use Data Feeds to create tabular data that developers can use in Consumer Applications
