Select History from the side menu
In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden

[optional] Filter Audit History
On the right-hand side, click the Go to item icon

The changed item opens in the appropriate feature
Notes
Opening an Audit History Item will take you out of Audit History
How an item is opened depends on its Area: for example, Components open in the Component Editor; Pages open in the Page Editor
It is not always possible to open an item – for example, if:

The corresponding object e.g. Page or Component has been deleted and its Task completed

If the item relates to a change in a Task and that Task was subsequently deleted
