5.0 Browse Audit History

Select History from the side menu

In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden

Enter a date range to filter by or choose from the date picker

Select from the Area dropdown to filter by Page, Component, Media Item, and more

Search by item’s Name

Select from the Task dropdown to filter by Task

Select from the User dropdown to filter by user

Select from the Action dropdown to filter by the action recorded: created, deleted, updated, etc.

[optional] Click the Clear button to reset filters

To sort the results by date and time, click the arrow in the Date & Time column header

The following history areas can be selected for filtering:

1. Task

2. Page

3. Page Folder

4. Component

5. Media Item

6. Content Type

7. Content Entry

8. Picklist

9. Locale

10. Variant

11. Route

12. Translation Job

13. Release

The following history actions can be selected for filtering:

1. Approved

2. Completed

3. Created

4. Deleted

5. Published

6. Updated
