5.0 View the changes of an Audit History Item

Select History from the side menu

In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden

To view the changes of an item, under the Changes column, click its number of changes

[Optional] In the window that appears, to open the changed item, click the Go to item icon

To close the window, click Close

The changes in the window are colour coded:

• Green – Created

• Orange – Updated

• Red – Deleted

The ‘changes’ window includes:

• In the top left, the Audit History Item name

• On the right-hand side of the name, the Go to item icon

• Below the item name, information about the changes, such as:

  • The date and time of the change

  • The feature area the change was made in

  • The Task the change was made in

  • The user who made the change

  • The Locale and Variant the change was made in, if applicable

• The actual updated values of the change, shown in a structured manner:

  • Creations show a New Value

  • Updates show an Old Value and a New Value

  • Deletions show only the entity that was deleted

Each time you save changes in a feature, you create an Audit History Item for those changes
