Task-Protected Deletion Warning
This feature is Task-protected, which means that all changes and deletions can ultimately be recovered by discarding the Task and starting a new one; however, such changes should still be carefully considered – as abandoning a Task means abandoning the rest of its changes as well
Not Task-Protected Warning
This feature is not Task-protected – changes, including deletions, are effective immediately and are not reversible
Component Content Instruction Deletion Warning
Deleting a Content Instruction unlinks the Content Entry field, which can result in page changes when the Task is completed.
Content Entries
Users must be granted the Content editor permission by an administrator to access Content Entries.
Unlinking a private content entry, deletes the content entry, and the data will be lost
Deleting a content entry, deletes the content entry across all places where it has been used, and the data will be lost.
Updating a content entry, updates the content entry across all places where it has been used.
Content Types
Users must be granted the Content developer permission by an administrator to access Content Types.
Unlinking a Private Content type, deletes the Content type, and the data will be lost
Deleting a Content type, also deletes all associated content entries, and the data will be lost
Picklists
Deleting a Picklist, deletes the Picklist across all the places it has been used, and the data will be lost
Deleting a Picklist item, deletes the Picklist item across all the places it has been used, and the data will be lost
Users
Users must be granted the User manager permission by an administrator to modify users
Roles
Users must be granted the Role manager permission by an administrator to modify roles
Workflows
Users must be granted the Workflow manager permission by an administrator to modify Workflows
Content Types are similar to Data Feeds
