4.0 Browse Content Entries

Content Entries are similar to Data Feed Items from v3.3, which have been removed

Users must be granted the Content editor permission by an administrator to access Content Entries.

Select a Task

In the side menu, click Library

In the sub-menu that appears, click Content entries

In the header bar, click the expander arrow if the filter options are hidden

In the Search box, enter the name of the Content Entry to search for

• Content Entries with a partial or full match are displayed

To clear the search terms, click the X icon

In the Filter Tags box, enter tags of the Content Entries to filter by

• Content Entries with the entered tags are displayed

To clear the filtering tags, click the X icon

From the Content type dropdown, select a Content Type to filter by

• Content Entries of the selected Content Type are displayed

From the Sort by dropdown, select a category to sort by – for example, name or last updated

To toggle the sort order between ascending and descending, click the arrow icon

To reset search and filter options, click Clear
