4.0 Introduction: Content Editor
Content Editing in Forrit One
As a content editor, you assemble Pages from developer-made Components in the Page Editor. These Components are the building blocks from which all Pages are built. They include predefined content and placeholders where you can customise values. This lets you finely-tune Components for each Page that you use them on, bringing reusability and standardisation to your content.
Additionally, Page Templates can be used to quickly build new Pages from existing templates, while Component Templates allow you to further compose content by inserting Components within each other.
Locales and Variants let you tailor Pages for different locations and audiences. And Content Entries allow you to create custom, structured content that developers can use directly in Consumer Applications.
